Community casual leasing
Plumpton Marketplace is committed to supporting charitable organisations as well as local community groups. The Centre has a community casual leasing site available for groups to book free of charge for fundraising initiatives throughout the year.

Justice of the Peace Service
A Justice of the Peace service is now available each Thursday between 11am and 1pm.
No appointment is necessary. The JP will be located opposite Peters Meats.
Community noticeboard
A community noticeboard is located in the amenities corridor next to CTC Tobacconist. Please bring your notice to Centre Management. Notices will be placed on the board every second Friday for two weeks.
Sponsorships
As part of its local community support, Plumpton Marketplace regularly reviews sponsorship proposals from community groups in the local area. Please contact Centre Management on 9832 7726 for more information.
Sustainability and the local community
Plumpton Marketplace has a commitment to supporting local community sustainability initiatives and adopts sustainable practices in all operating aspects of the Centre.
Plumpton Marketplace has installed water saving features in all amenities, which have to date reduced water consumption by 15% between 2007 and 2008. Further initiatives are also in place to reduce the Centre's electricity usage through better controls. In 2007 and 2008, total electricity usage droped by 10%. Improved recycling efforts have also resulted in a total increase of 26% in waste recycling.
A program that will see the replacement of all air conditioning units which contribute greenhouse gas, effectively reducing harm to the ozone layer has also been recently implemented by the Centre.
